There are 3 part of “if conditional” (present real, present unreal and past unreal)
1. Present real (type 1)
This condition used for show the situations may hapen in the future
For example :
a. If chika loves me, i will be happy.
* fact : chika doesn’t love me and i am not happy
Formula :
If + S + v1 + O, S + modal + v1 + O Simple present + present future |
b. I will do everything for him if he is my boyfriend.
*fact : i do nothing and he isn’t my boyfriend
Formula :
S + modal + v1 + O if S + V1 + O Present future + simple present |
